	Q: What would you recomend for someone who is allergice to steriods? A: We would reccomend Bio-Identical medication. Which is what hydrocortison is, as this is what your body naturally produces. Which means you can not be allergic to it.
	Q: My wife Mary has had fibromyalsia for 12 years and has allergies & is highly sensitive to many things, if she enrolls in Microdose Therapy and finds that she cannot tolerate the medicines prescribed and has an adverse reaction to them or if does not help her conquer or dimisish her pain, will you refund her money? If yes, what percentage can she expect to receive and will you put the refund policy in writing clearly explaining your position on a refund? A: Here is what our policy states..."GUARANTEE I understand that, although the Helen Foundation Clinic’s statistics indicate that 83% of its clients experience about a 78 % reduction of symptoms. The clinic does not and cannot guarantee the results of the Microdose Therapy program. IF I CHANGE MY MIND I understand that I have 72 hours to change my mind after enrolling in and have not begun the Microdose Therapy program to get a full refund of the money I have paid for the program. If I change my mind after 72 hours and before starting the Microdose Shower, there will be a charge of $495 to cover the cost of creating my computer data base, establishing my qualifying medical examination with the assigned physician, and making recommendations to the assigned physician. MEDICAL DISQUALIFICATION I understand that if the assigned physician performing the qualifying medical exam disqualifies me from entering the Microdose Therapy program, the money paid for the program less the cost of the qualifying medical exam and the food allergy test, if done, will be refunded. VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL I understand that if I voluntarily withdraw from the Microdose Therapy program after starting, there are NO REFUNDS.
